Is my order already shipped?

We will always send a shipment confirmation via e-mail. If you haven’t receive any e-mails from us and we did not end up in your spam folder, please contact us. It is possible that you misspelled your e-mail address. If you did receive an order confirmation mail, but no shipment confirmation, your order is probably in back order.

Using your account to check the order status

You made an account during checkout? Use this to log in and find your order to get the status. When the status is ”complete”, it is produced and shipped on it’s way to you. Other status possibilities are ”processing” or ”ready for production”, we have not shipped your order yet.

Production times

To make sure you receive your product in time, we work with very strict production times. Your order will be shipped the same day, when you place your order before 4 PM Amsterdam time on a work day and we have all products in stock. Our production times are:

Monday – Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM (Amsterdam time)

When placing your order in the weekend, it will be shipped on Monday before end of the day. Please keep in mind that if you have tracked shipping, it might take up to the next morning before the first results pop up in the track and trace.
