I haven’t received my order yet

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. We have to take a follow steps to find out why it was not delivered.

Check your address

Check the e-mail confirmation of your order or log in to your account, to see if the used address is correct. Please contact us as soon as possible if your order was placed with the wrong address so we can figure out a solution.

Is the order completed?

Do you want to check if your order is shipped? This is possible with your account or e-mail box. If you have ordered a product that is out of stock it might take up to two weeks upon restocking. Your order is probably on backorder when you have not received a confirmation of the shipment. Delivery and transit times start when you receive the shipment confirmation e-mail.

When was the order shipped?

To deliver your parcel in time, we heavily depend on your local carrier. Usually an order is delivered within 14 work days, but it might be possible that your order is delayed. Unfortunately we cannot control unforeseen situations like strikes at your local carrier service or at transit airports, heavy weather conditions or if the parcel is held up by customs. Please check the date that your order was shipped. If it is less then 14 work days ago, please allow it a few more days to arrive.
